Harvest de-stemmed and crushed, Long maceration of about 4 weeks, Vinification in stainless steel vats under thermo-regulation. Maturing of 12 months in barrels before blending and resting in vats for 6 months before bottling.
Beautiful dark robe, marked fruit on black fruits, woody notes. On the palate, the wine is faithful to our elegant style, structured with freshness. The barrel does not distort the expression of the fruit and gives it tannic support and aromatic complexity. A deep wine, with lamb’s lettuce and a light smoky sensation, without too much power. Serve in standard glasses at 16°-20°c.
