The harvest is macerated for 12 hours, then put in tanks for alcoholic fermentation, which lasts about four weeks. Meanwhile, rigorous and continous control of the fermentation temperature enables the full expression of this aromatic Sauvignon with a long finish.
The color is clear and bright with straw yellow tones The nose is intense, revealing aromas of mint, mango, grapefruit and delicate flower notes of lime and roses. On the palate, it has a refreshing acidity and a long finish.
Cocktails and pairings
Fish, seafood and shellfish.
Serve between 8-10°C.
