The Semillon fermentation is done in oak barrels instead of the Sauvignon is kept in stainless steel vats. It will preserve the fruitiness, flowers and the freshness of this Sauvignon. Both of these grape varieties are aged on thin lees. Before bottling, we blend the Semillon and the Sauvignon together choosing the good proportions depending on the year to keep the complexity and the freshness of the Demoiselle de Sigalas.
The Demoiselle de Sigalas is characterized by a pure and delicately gilded dress. Its elegant and complex nose leaves us fresh notes of citrus and white flowers. It is in the mouth that the soil of SIGALAS RABAUD is reflected by its minerality enhanced by a discreet woody. Serve at 12 °C.
