Vinification
The wine is the result of special attention in terms of temperature regulation throughout the winemaking process to offer us a wine, which, once airy, fully expresses all its flavors.
Taste
The wine is the subject Dress of a pretty intense ruby with some small garnet notes, bright and limpid, beautiful appearance. The nose is pleasant and engaging, it develops aromas of black fruits with blueberry, blackcurrant and blackberry, then give way to well-integrated and relatively elegant breeding notes that express themselves on a grilled register and toasted. Aeration confirms this first feeling with notes of mocha, coffee but also vanilla. Nice mouth, with an ample attack, full almost velvety and fleshy, which restores perfectly the fruity perfumes of the nose. With the evolution, this wine is more fleshed out, one has flesh. The tannins are well wrapped and of good quality. The whole is harmonious with a final a little firmer and always these farm notes on coffee, mocha, roasting, which are expressed at length
Cocktails and pairings
Beef with olives or roast meat with vegetables, red meats
