Corty Artisan Intro

Use of pneumatic presses. The fermentation is done spontaneously with the yeasts naturally present in the grapes. The wine is matured in stainless steel tanks under temperature control, on a thin layer of lees. The wine making process is carried out according to the lunar cycle.

Ripeness defines this pale gold wine, with a nose of citrus, exotic fruits and yellow fruits.

It goes wonderfully with seafood, grilled fish, roasted or grilled meats, cheese

To be served chilled 10-12°.
