The grapes were destemmed but not crushed and left for 3 days in cold maceration. Fermentation took place at 24°C with daily pumping over. Malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. The batches from which this wine is made were aged for approximately 12 months in French oak barrels.
Intense ruby color, intense and complex aroma with notes of black fruits, light vegetables, spices and chocolate. In the mouth it is voluminous and elegant, with a good structure and concentration. Its finish is long, in which the aromatic notes are confirmed.

Red meat and aged cheese. Serve at 16°C.
