Vinification

After a careful selection of grapes, this cava is elaborated according to an exclusive traditional process.
The second fermentation is done in bottle and aging in our cellars located in Sant Sadurni d’Anoia the heart of cava.

Taste

Bright salmon pink color. With small delicate bubbles, with a crown persistence. Clean and fruity aroma. In the mouth, red fruit flavor with hints of butter. With a long-lasting taste and a pleasant aftertaste.
