L’IMPRÉVU

The perfect quality of the grapes and a meticulous application during the vinification allow us to make this wine without sulfite. A partial de-stemming, a traditional maceration and a gentle vinification in stainless steel tanks preserve the original qualities of this wine.

Clear garnet red color. Notes reminiscent of the primary aromas of grapes and red fruits (raspberry, cherry). In the mouth, the attack is juicy, fresh and greedy, a profusion of red fruits, velvety tannins. Always good company, we advise to serve this wine at 14°C during an aperitif or a meal with friends.
