Vinification
Hand harvested, total harvest stemming. Low temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks with daily pumping. Part of the harvest is fermented in “Lagares” stone. Aged in French oak barrels for 15 months.
Taste
Dark ruby color, complex nose full of black fruits, eucalyptus, mint and vanilla. Powerful attack, tannins are silky, long finish with notes reminding Fruit brandy.
