Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26 Cº, followed by a long pellicular maceration of one week to extract more color and tannins, then aging for at least 8 months in French and American oak.



Pomegranate color with traces of brown, with a nose of red berries well combined with oak, dried fruits, chocolate, spices and coffee, full-bodied and creamy on the palate with soft tannins and a good structure, long aftertaste.
