Vinification
Siliceous soils in the clay-limestone subsoil giving a lot of lightness to the wines.
Taste
The robe is limpid, shiny, golden yellow. The nose is remarkable, powerful and complex. We find aromas of asparagus, white fruit paste (pear and quince), passion fruit and citrus fruits (citron, mandarin, grapefruit). The mouth has a high density attack, which does not weaken until the final, long and harmonious. The mouth aromas are very present and bring freshness to the whole. This wine has the merit of meeting the expectations of a Touraine Chenonceaux white as to the material in the mouth and the maturity of the aromas and flavors while expressing the personality of the white wines of the estate, the finesse and power of the aromas.
